About RED Invoice

RED Invoice is a freelancer workflow app that helps users manage Shows, clients, time, breaks, receipts, expenses, mileage, per diem, invoices, payments, reports, and supporting documents.

Information you choose to store

The app stores the business and work information you enter or create, along with photos, receipts, documents, logos, invoice copies, settings, and commercial-access state. This information is stored locally in the app's private storage unless you deliberately export, share, back up, or save it somewhere else.

Camera, photos, and documents

Camera access is used only when you choose to photograph a receipt or document. Files and photos are accessed only when you choose them. Receipt text recognition is performed through the app's receipt-review workflow so that you can confirm or correct suggested merchant, date, and total values before applying them.

Backups and cloud folders

RED Invoice can create encrypted backups and can save encrypted snapshots to a folder you select through Android's document picker. The selected storage provider—such as a cloud-drive app—handles that folder under its own privacy terms. RED Invoice does not operate a live synchronization service. Backup passwords are not retained by RED Invoice and cannot be recovered by RED Show Prep.

Purchases

Google Play processes subscriptions and provides RED Invoice with purchase and entitlement status. RED Show Prep does not receive or store your payment-card details. Google's handling of purchase information is governed by Google's privacy policy and applicable Play terms.

Online accounts and commercial access

If you create or sign in to a RED Invoice account, your email address, account identifier and authentication information are processed by Supabase Auth to provide and secure sign-in, email confirmation and password recovery. The account service stores your commercial-access profile, subscription-verification records, product and expiry status, and any Founder eligibility or activation information. Google Play and a Google Cloud verification service help validate purchases and bind access to the signed-in account. This account and purchase information is used for app functionality, account management, security and fraud prevention, not advertising.

Authentication and verification requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. Service providers may retain operational and security logs, including request/network metadata and error information. Your local invoice, Show, client, receipt and other business-record contents are not uploaded to the account or purchase-verification services. These services do not provide live business-data synchronization.

Sharing and feedback

When you choose to export, view, or share an invoice, report, backup, photo, PDF, or other file, Android sends it to the app or location you select. If you choose to send feedback, your email app prepares the message and you decide whether to send it.

Notifications

If enabled, local notifications may remind you about unpaid invoices. Notification permission can be changed in Android settings.

Analytics and advertising

The current RED Invoice Android release does not include third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs.

Receipt text recognition uses Google's on-device ML Kit. Receipt images and recognized text are processed on the device. The ML Kit SDK collects technical diagnostics and usage metrics, including device and app information, a per-installation identifier, performance measurements, feature events and error codes. Google uses this information for SDK diagnostics and usage analytics; it is encrypted in transit. See Google's ML Kit data disclosure for details.

Data retention and deletion

Records remain on the device until you delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Exports and backups remain wherever you saved them and must be removed from those locations separately. Because RED Show Prep does not hold the local business records, support cannot retrieve or remotely delete them.

Online account deletion: Request deletion of your RED Invoice account and associated account data. The request page is available outside the app and explains how to contact support, verify ownership, manage any Google Play subscription, and distinguish online account data from records kept on your device. Limited account-linked records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations; applicable retention and its reason are explained when processing the request. Google and storage providers retain their own records under their policies.

Children

RED Invoice is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children.
